Welcome to Koyastore. Fast, tracked delivery on every order. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Processing Time
Orders placed before 2 PM (local time) on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that or on weekends ship the next business day.
2. Shipping Options & Rates
- Standard delivery (2–4 business days): $9.99 — FREE on orders over $99
- Express delivery (1–2 business days): $19.99
- International delivery (5–10 business days): calculated at checkout
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. Live tracking is also available under My Account → Orders.
4. Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide and to 40+ countries. Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are shown at checkout and paid upfront so there are no surprises on delivery.
5. Missed Or Failed Deliveries
Our carriers make up to three delivery attempts. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping fees may apply.
